What's that dome underneath the fuselage?

The only variant I can think of that it might be is the night fighter type that had an airborne intercept radar.

It's the prototype right? that means it's the first! It's a sack filled with thousands of Baby Meteors! Yes! The process has already begun!

It's actually a ventral fuel tank. This was an option on most marks of Meteor. http://www.aviationmuseum.com.au/aircraft/Meteor.cfm
