You can read the english manual, to start. It's a lot of help.
(It is in your FS9 directory under project tupolev)

AFAIK, the tooltips are in English on that bird...

Russian's awesome...I'm gonna be learning it next semester for sure... 8-) 8-)

I'm definitely learning russian myself, too.
FYI: Slavic languages are rather tough.
