YSSY to RJAA section 1
The latest flight in my "Ring of Fire" tour in my current favorite: the Boeing 767-400 in Delta Airlines colors.

It's a beautiful day today, unfortunately, being way down here makes it rather difficult to return to the US, this flight serves as a sort of "positioning phase" to get the plane in a better position to return stateside, because I don't want to return to Hawaii when my previous flight was just from there. I simply thought: "Why not Japan?"
Qantas, JetStar, and Virgin Blue dominate the airport today, along with one or two Air Pacifics.

Line up! Good thing I'm next. (notice: I am aware of the compression issues on this photo, but I'm at my max filesize and cannot do anything about it)

Who can gues where I am. Right answer gets a cookie, but there is a death penalty to anyone who answers wrong. (notice: I am aware of the compression issues on this photo, but I'm at my max filesize and cannot do anything about it)

Cloudless evening, looking out to a small island off the coast of Papua New Guinea. Paradise on earth, too bad it's a little far away.

Kudos to whoever can guess the inspiration for this shot.
Enjoy.
