Aero Commander 520 & my 4th set of screen caps

These are from my fourth attempt at screen captures from FS2004.  This time, the aircraft of choice was an add-on Aero Design Commander 520 that can be found here: http://www.simviation.com/fs2004props115.htm

This first shot is in southern Italy.  Reversing course on the trend of my last two sets of screen caps,
I opted for a shot in full daylight.

This second shot is also in southern Italy, though the land is behind the aircraft and not visible.
Again, I chose to do a shot in daylight to highlight the details of this beautiful model.

The third shot was taken in front of Kilimanjaro and moving on towards sunset.  I have a weakness,
it seems, for mountains and low light.  However, in this case, I don't really like how the shot came out.
Still, of the screen caps that showed the main peak of Kilimanjaro, this was the least horrible.

On this fourth shot, and last of the exterior of the aircraft, I flew over Ethiopia as dusk moved in.
Though perhaps not a dynamically dramatic shot, I do like the sense of panorama that the wide
plains and open skies of Ethiopia provided.

In the final shot, I just had to show you the interior of this add-on model, as both the Commander 520
and the model of it for FS2004 are absolutely beautiful.  A top-notch add-on to have in one's fleet, if I
may so boldly suggest.

Well, none of my usual after picture rambling today.

Enjoy,

Sure is one heluva fine plane Darrin! I think the Commander is a very photo genetic aircraft.
Nice shots too, very crisp but you really need to care about your ground textures!

Thanks for the comments, everyone.  I think in this set, the plane has had the greatest clarity of the four sets I have done.  But, yeah, Harold, I hear what you are saying.  For whatever reason, lately, my ground textures have been reverting to utter rubbish.  The third shot, with Kilimanjaro was particularly off.  Looks like it is time to start going through the downloads looking for scenery add-on's again.  I have to admit, adding scenery is one of my least favorite things to do, as it is usually a bit more time-consuming and often fraught with peril.  Ah, well.  It is probably just going to be be what is necessary for better shots.

Thanks again for you comments,
~Darrin

That is one of my favorite planes because of it's cabin. Excellent shots.  [smiley=thumbsup.gif] [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
