They are very nice, but they seem to be suffering from compression. May I reccomend IRFanview to resize your shots?

I don't think you're loosing quality there. I think it's done when you save it to jpg.
Check out the comments by PD87 this thread ... excellent little tutorial on Irfanview

And the shots are not too bad, although I think you could use a little more Anti Aliasing.
