I've seen that exact paint sheme on the same plane in an air museum in I think Indianapolis.  It was an old tanker converted into a passenger plane, and the windows were painted on.

Its actually a prototype aircraft that was developed by Boeing, sort of the father of all jetliners. They have this exact aircraft on display at The National Air and Space Museum. That might explain the painted windows.
