mississippi journey

Postby coreservers » Wed Aug 15, 2007 5:16 pm

I've started a journey from the mouth of the mississippi to it's source.
Tonight I flew from New Orleans to A small airport around 50 miles north of Natchez called tensas parish.
I'm not using flight plans, ot even GPS I just fly adn when I've had enough search out an airfield.
These are a few once the sun came up.

The plane is the piaggio p149. In case you're wondering about the lights, for some reason they come up as big light squares.

I like the coloring in the first one but the clouds seem a little flat ... still these are nice shots ;)
And that bird is really nice too ... with a little imagination and an extra engine that looks like a Twin Bone.
