Does it work in FS9? With the same VC? If yes, where?

While you're at it, get my 737 panel from here.

So you managed to add the default VC to a POSKY exterior model...
Hints/instructions, please.

Yesterday:
Check on the Modelpages, there's a new model with the VC, working gauges, but you need to edit your panel.cfg with the correct text. Very good!
I'm not sure if this is a Posky plane we are sseing here, it looks like FSX default to me. You can't but a VC in an existing model, so I guess this IS the default B737. Did you change the models between the shots?
EDIT: Could be Posky VC....., looking at it closely....
EDIT2: Where are the eyebrowns in the last one (model change?)?
EDIT3: Posky has ONLY a VC in the 737-800, not in the 737-700. - Bj
