Well I think so.  Although you'd need a moped to travel around those terminals...but like everything else in Texas...they like their terminals BIG.

Everything's bigger in Texas. As a matter of fact I've seen some t-shirts/bumper stickers that state:

"I'm from Texas. What country are you from?"

"I'm from Texas. What country are you from?"

Its not as big as it appears :-/  Trust me...I walked around the whole terminal complex several times during my 5 hour stay  The trams around the terminals give you a good view of a lot of the airport though

Believe me, DFW is smaller then it looks, and I've been there many times (flying AA out of KABQ forces you to go there first if you're going east). They also have little trams at the terminals that give you a good view of the airport, and really, it is smaller up close and personal.

Although I've never seen DFW quite as empty as it is in your screenie. Where in gods name are the American Airlines jets?! DFW is the AA central hub, for crying out loud, and there isn't a single plane there (minor exaggeration), save a couple JALs, for whatever reason they're doing there.

Never really been to DFW, KIAH is the big airport near me and you can really never see how big it is because it is always under construction.

Boca, I like the shots. Even if it looks like DFW is a ghost town without the air traffic. I'm sure anyone living near there would appreciate that.

Big airport yes... Biggest airport i've been to was Frankfurt-main. I mean, little own subway to get from one terminal to the other? Thank goodness i know english
