If I could submit a shot in the contest I would try my luck with this one:

this is done all with freeware so you can try to do it too!

Apart from a little bit of blurriness on the scenery nearest to the camera, this is a really great shot!!

To be reallly honest it isn't a really interesting shot

The secenery may look nice ( I don't like it actually) But it is way to plain.

The Hollywood sign is a nice touch but doesn't really look that good.


The thing that is nice is the sense of depth. though the back of the shot looks a bit messy.

This situation would have looked a lot better in either dusk or dawn I think

Get some more and larger clouds in there as well.

The shot is very nice but I agree with Soui that with a little more colors and more drama in the weather it it could be a finalist ...
