Not bad the as the Red Arrows are a display team I think it would be much nicer to have them in a shot doing some of them Ozzy manouvers ... the proper way ;D

Would have been quite hard for me to put together a formation shot if they're all halfway through a barrel roll.

Anyway, the next shot I'm gonna be doing is a diamond-9 formation of 9 different display teams - look out for that one!

Lovely, since I know you're preparing for the contest, Red is a JPEG B#TCH, It turns out grainy and ugly really fast. The Key is saving the shot in at the highest amount of coloring and then see how it turned out. Now as Harold said, abut manouvering.The Red Gmax 4 pack you have there does manouver with the use of the Flaps among others, If I remember correctly.. Maybe you could try out all those manouvers in a recorded flight a play a little bit with them.

Expanding on what Soui said, pure colours are awful when it comes to compression aswell.

I know that that formation maneuvers, but the problem is that I am also using the DSB Typhoon in a red arrows livery (which is freeware) in that shot, and getting them lined up right in straight and level flight was a nightmare using slew mode - so I can't imagine what it would be like to do it halfway through a maneuver. I may well give it a shot though - look out for that one.

I'm currently on the hunt for a blue Angels F-18 - I've found a suitable one but at the moment the SimV servers don't seem to want to let me download it - I'll try again later.

Try the KBT Super Hornet, Get it here on Simv, Also get the Blue Angels livery package! And if you like the Hornet ( Which you will) then search for the Warhawks Package! Awesome Paint!!!

I managed to finally download the F-18 I had been pining after - at one point the download box kept saying 'page cannot be displayed'. Happily it stopped doing that.

For the screenshot I'm currently working on, I need;
Russian Knights
Swifts
Patrouille de France
Snowbirds
Frecce Tricolori
and
Patrouille Suisse

I already have;
Red Arrows
Blue Angels
Thunderbirds

Any recommendations on the 6 that I still need?
