how do i insert an image??

On the SimV menu (above), there is a link called "upload images" (above the members button).  Click on it, and you will see a form to enter your files.  Click "browse" and choose the picture.  Upload as many as you want.  Then, copy the HTML code they give you to insert the photos in the post.  Repeat for each shot and enjoy.  Pretty simple.
