Shift+E+2 (or 3) opens the cargo doors and then the baggage cars and loader drive to your aircraft if they are your gate. Those ittle details make fsx a whole lot better.

Will they find the plane or do you need to be in the perfect spot, which if you are not, you end up like the above shot?

The above shot is the CRJ which seems to have a glitch that makes them do that. The boeings and Airbuses seem to have no problem, and they should work if you are parked on the yellow parking line.
