I was just doin touch n goes at Bogue MCALF for the same thing, just shorter, and Marine Style

I certainly don't know everything it can do.  However, the intent is that any 3rd party that wants to develop software, missions, scenery, and the like can use the SDK to create the files needed to make it work.  Using it is not intuitive though.  You definitely need to spend some time reading the tutorial documentation before being able to use it so it works.  For example to add this scenery to this airport I actually created a mission that called for these objects to be at this location.  I didn't actually create a scenery, aka .bgl, file.  I'm not sure if this was even the preferred method for doing this I just found that it worked.  I'm sure there are others who know how to do this better than I can.
