I was surprised when I looked through the other entries and didn't see this already
so, here it is:
Whirlybird is the Bell 47 by Jean-Marie Mermaz, from hovercontrol, scenery is Default FSX Kauai, which is actually where they filmed this shot for M*A*S*H

Yes, I thought about this chopper too! I once had the most enjoyable flight in one of those, like a flying carpet!

excellent effort. however the chopper looks a little blurry which is unfortunate. the trees look fantastic!
