Reports are coming in about a suspect driving around a forest in an unmarked vehicle. Authorities have sent the best of the best to hunt down this individual and bring him into custody. This suspect is also known to develop ground vehicles under extreme secrecy. Government officials have always wondered what technologies are employed on this suspect's models. The suspect's name is Katahu.
