So what I made a mistake!
Well I was quite cheery this afternoon so I decided to take a dreaded cigar tube out for a spin (one that I dont fly ....... enough)
taxied out onto the active runway at MMMX (Mexico city, Mexico) flying a mexican 727, after a smooth take off
the flight went okay, my designated altitude was angels 175 but I did a step climb up to 31000 (VFR)
I headed east for Princess Juliana International (TNCM) after about three hours of a four hour flight I looked up at the speed indicator........... it read 61KIAS i thought well hay thats less than half the speed i do on final, i disengaged the autopilot and the bird went into a stall then a spin!
well i hit the speed brakes and applied a lot of aileron and rudder input, the bird turned over and lunged for the ground, i pick the nose up and i was going nearly 400kts in the opposite direction! at angels 120 (mind you there is no autothrottle)
I stayed at angels 50 until I hit the Dominican Republic and Haiti (keeping out the the swirling 60knt winds) and went for 12000. all the way to my destination.
Upon circling the field and lining up I was following a 757 and C208 (4.5nm and 7nm) and was follow by a lear45, mooney bravo, and a 767! the cessna landed the 757 had a go around, and just as i cleared the threshold the cessna got off the runway.
I landed came to a screaming halt with max auto brakes, airbrakes and thrust reversers on, taxied off the runway and come to find out there wasnt a gate, or ramp open for me to park at!
Now after I close the game i do some research i come to find out i need 2000 more feet of runway to take-off again (at operating weight) so i may boot the pax off, and take-off with 33% fuel and fly to Haiti or the Dominican Republic.
