Very nice. All being well hopefully we'll see Glacier Girl on this side of the Atlantic this summer. :)

I heard about Glacier possibly coming to Europe. I don't believe we currently have a flying P-38 in Europe now do we??

Nope, not since 14th July 1996 :(...

"Lefty" Gardner's "White Lightning" is in Austria or Switzerland being restored for Red Bull IIRC following its engine fire in the States a few years ago.

Nope, not since 14th July 1996 :(...

I was fortunate enough to see The Fighter Collection's P-38 on a few of occasions prior to its demise, most memorably at the Shuttleworth D-Day 50th Anniversary show in 1994 - a day in which we were privileged enough to have both the P-38 and the late DH Mosquito coming around the corner.
