Christan Eagle
Shots from what is, in my opinion, one of the best freeware GA aircraft available. The Long Island Classics Eagle. Shots are in FSX at Merritt Island (KCOI) just south of Titusville, FL. Just in case your wondering, I recorded in flight recorder with much lower detail settings, then maxed out the sliders for the replay. I was probably getting 5-10 fps when taking the shots, but since it was a recording, it didn't really matter.

Of course, have to show off the pretty water reflections. One problem I found with FSX is that the reflection is distorted by perturbations in the water . . . but the shadow is not. Here I've tried to hide the shadow behind the aircraft but there's still some of it sneaking out.

I really wanted to get a shot from the inside looking at the reflection. I wanted to give it some frame of reference so that you could get the feeling of being inverted just a few feet off the water. Unfortunately, I couldn't inside of the plane, reflection, and some sort of frame of reference in the same shot. This shot came out alright, I just wish I had a better set up.

Just a nice shot of a low pass with the intercostal in the background. . . Wouldn't it be nice if the water was that blue in real life?

Fish-eye shot of a knife edge pass from the inside.

Knife edge from the front. Some interesting angles going on here.

Framed this one way too wide originally, needed a lot of cropping. Not a big fan of the boxy looking buildings in the background, but what can you do?
