Merlin over Malta - leg 6 - Calabria!

On start-up for this leg a week ago, we noticed the engine heated up really quickly... seemed we had a failing cooling unit, which had to be flown in from the UK. Problem is these things aren't so common anymore, at least not for my model... ;D
So here we are again, I've spent a week in Italy on my ass in the sand... could have been worse, right?
Back to buisiness, we left Napels and are underway to Reggio di Calabria, the most southern point ot the Italian mainland, just near Sicily...
Cloudy today...
Heading back for the coast, really easy to navigate this time...
Over the province of Reggio di Calabria, a smooth flight...
The city and airport are just around that hill!
Banzai! Funky airport, smack in the middle of town...
My arrival didn't go unnoticed... time to chit-chat with the press again...
Tomorrow I will arrive in Valetta, the capital of Malta! My quest is drawing to it's end...
