JAL B777 Flight from Narita

Postby simonmd » Sun Mar 26, 2006 11:18 am

Not tried the Meljet 777 on my new system yet so found this flight from Narita to reacquaint myself with this great model. I was frustrated with it before as it was so heavy on frames on my old system to render it virtualy unflyable. However now it's great and had an enjoyable flight!

This is flight JL781 flown on behalf of the Flying Tigers VA i'm a member of.

In a big que for the active at Tokyo's Narita airport,

Finaly away, huge GE90's working hard,

Up at cruise, nice clear day,

Turning onto final for Beijing's 36R,

Gear down,

Touchdown!

Turning to the stand,

Great to fly this great model again and can't believe it was originaly created for FS2002! Shows how ahead of it's time the Meljet T7 is. If only my PSS looked and flew this good.  ::)

Nice shots ;)  Just left Tokyo myself...only it was a Northwest 747-400 to Minneapolis last night :P  FTG member too...AF343 :)

As for queves...Try Paris around 11:30-45 AM :o  Now that turns into a rather large heavy queve :o

Scarey part is its the real deal...I had personaly programed each AI flight using a mass record i made of real world times from Skynet & Amadeus.  All daily flights to and from Paris on all airlines with the 777, A330, & A340.  I dont even want to think of what that queve would look like with all the smaller jets and cargo...and 747s :o  I remember one of my flights I had to wait in the queve for over half an hour :P  But that was before my hardrive burned up and i lost all that fun...just havent felt like redoing it yet :P  Maybe this summer when i have more time...might even upload it.
