Flew from Taipei to Bangkok last weekend (Night flight...no pics worth posting) and have made a few other short flights since.

I noticed that Thai only has 2 747-300s left and they wont be around to much longer.  So found a flight to Hong Kong and back.  Short hop to enjoy this bird for probably my last time...Heading back to Europe this weekend ;)

Early morning climb from BKK.  Little bit rough up here but pretty nice day for flying.

Fairly smooth ride up here.  But expecting that to change during decent.

Hong Kong to the right.  Way to high for a safe and comfortable approch we made a sprirel decent a few miles out to loose 5 or so thousand feet of extra altitude.

Inbound 7R.

Parked and ready to unload.  Couple of hours and we will be making the return trip.

After a quick lunch break it was time to head back to Bangkok.  Weather hasn't changed much on the ground but the turbulence is expected to be much worse this flight.

Taxiing out.

Lightly loaded we took off like a rocket.  Climbing fast from 7R.

Great shots! I always love wing views. I like the angle on the last shot and the tower view - not too many people seem to use that one.
