Bush Flying Unlimited Cargo Run. Part 1.
Posted: Sat Mar 11, 2006 6:02 pmIt seemed like a nice day, scattered clouds, no wind and unlimited visabilaty. It wouldn't be that way for long. We were loading medical supplies on to the PBY Cat' to be taken from the main BFU base to BFU North in Alaska.
Soon after crossing into Canadian airspace, it started to snow. Nothing much, just a flurry.
All of the suddent, about half way to BFUN, the weather took a turn for the worst. There was almost to visabilaty. The snow started coming down faster and faster. I turned towrds BFU BC.
