*in fact, I notice checking the blurb that 3 (F) Sqn (Harriers, Cottesmore) disbands on the same day as 3 (F) Sqn reforms at Coningsby so effectively its more of an aircraft change for the Sqn (and personnel), rather than a disbandment... Interesting one that... I wonder if they'll have a disbanding ceremony at Cottesmore, ship the Sqn standard an hour up the road to Coningsby and then do the reformation ceremony there!
