Any of u guys know of a way I can view the whole plane in a shot?

try a smaller A/C...
or zoom out, press Alt, go to view, select view option and then choose the appropriate zoom figure to display the whole A/C or whatever...
you can also downloads freeware camera utilies such as F1view, which allow you to zoom in or out (and much more) using your mouse.
