Ok we're two pilots who just dropped off an excecutive here for vacation and we need to ferry the 727 back to the FBO for it's next comission flight.

Hey there's a drive through hanger!  Let's go and check it out, maybe a aircraft wash? maybe fast food?...

only to find out it's getting hotter in there.

What the hell said the first officer...finding out it's a deicing hanger in cancun mexico!

Now taxing to the runway with nothing gained in this experience

Interesting, maybe it's for drying paint?

Lovely pics and a great heads up, thanks! I don't imagine they get much ice in Cancun but still... maybe if the plane gets all iced up before landing and they can't get the doors open?

I think it's one very big solarium, so the tourists can get a tan before leaving the plane.

Fair enough  ;)  :)

Its so hot in Cancun that the moisture inside the 'plane evaporates and the doors freeze shut. A cheaper alternative is the tube of silicon that VW gave me to stop the doors on my Golf from sticking to the rubber seal. O well I tried.
