I gotta do some night flights because I know some of the addon airports I have must look awesome! But at night. I can't fly to save my life! I hate flying at night But I think that phobia started from my bad experience at landing a tomcat on a carrier at sea in the night.

can't see a horizon and dependence on the instruments and not your eyes makes for a hairy intense flight! landing on a plank sitting in the middle of a black sea!

well if you can land a tomcat on a carrier at night then landing ANY aircraft at an airport at night would be a piece of cake for you
