Dont know who made the plane, but here are some screens of it! Good quality and doesnt effect my framerate:

, and anyway i am usually on-line with T/S on so i need to be able to bring that up.

On avsim (where i found it) the filename is "eurafsrff02.zip". Even though there is no VC it still has loads of detail.
