A few quick pics, showing of my new Airbus A318 + my panel modifications :)

A few minutes after departure, down there is Pau/Pyrenees Airport.

First pic of my custom panel.  I merged Eric Marciano's panel with some of Ken Mithell's gauges. I added the NAV/GPS switch, the Multi Function Display + MFD function- & range switch and  the Lower Eicas + Eicas switches to the main panel.  With this new MFD I can read GPS-data right from the main panel :)

Back to the flight : somewhere over France, heading for Blagnac Airport

Just a nice pic :)

On final to Blagnac.

Almost landed.

The second panel pic.  Added Fuel tank heater switches, a crossfeed switch and a fuel dump switch to the overhead.

Parked near the Airbus Buildings.

I also added some stuff to the pedestal : exit switches, MFD gpsdata switches and a partially working FMC.

My favorite of that Airbus series is the A319, it has the perfect size for its shape.  But I like the A330-300 even more, the most beautiful airliner nowadays :)
The model is not mine, its from IFDG : http://www.ifdg.net/moderndl.php

I have to aggree, the 319 is better propotioned but those shots rock! I use K Mitchel's panel with the built in GPS and it's great, looking forward to trying yours.

Why do Airbus have to have such a stupid numbering system? I had an agument with someone the other day (heated discussion anyway) because he said that an A300 HAD to be smaller than an A319! Mind you, I can see his point......

Thanks Simon.
But now I've found out that eric marciano made new airbus panels with even better gauges and a fully working FMC.
Sadly enough I can't download them.

You're right, the numbering isn't very logical :)  I had the same problem in the beginning, I thought that the A310 was bigger than the A300 ;D
