SGA DC10. Ever noticed this?

Postby simonmd » Wed Jan 04, 2006 1:59 pm

Now THIS is attention to detail and I bet most of you have never noticed it! First pic, the normal three crew in their possitions with the flight engineer behind the co-pilot.

Comming into land? Press the tailhook button and he sides his seat back and rotates 90deg for landing!

Just goes to show why I have such admiration for the SGS planes. I wonder how many other AC out there have features that we'd missed?

Well, both the front's open behind the cockpit as well as the main passenger door just ahead of the front wings. The starboard side cargo doors open as well. That's enough for me!

That is pretty detailed, but the crew seems a bit small... Like children in the cockpit!

Now this is correctly proportioned:

Note that it is clear that the FE doesn't have to do anything but turn his seat to face forward, no sliding involved.

Seagate 500Gb SATA-300 HDD
Windows XP Professional X64 Edition

That's right, I'm now using an AMD! I decided to give them another try and they

Interesting, thanks! You're right, they do look a bit small compared with the real pic. Suppose even SGA aren't perfect. ::)

Not perfect, but close enough. If it were perfect there would be animated passengers embarking and disembarking when at the gate and workers flinging luggage around. Hm...maybe someday.
