I was practicing my landings with a Curtiss Flyer this afternoon.  My system defaults to Seattle-Tacoma for some reason, so I just went with that.  Plenty of room on that nice big runway, yeah?

One of the problems with the Curtiss is that big canard foreplane in the way, complete with actuating rod.  You can't actually see what's directly in front of you.  Can you see the problem yet?


I did, at the very last minute...

Passed right over me!  Only my dry cleaner will ever know how surprised I was.  Gotta remember to turn the traffic off next time!

I know that old plane swapping trick when the engine won't start too LOL
