Recently downloaded the AH ME-109 and the SimV world mesh, for Southern France and Switzerland. So here they are, together!

You'll be pleased to know they're freeware! There's a set called 'FS RELIEF' on AVSIM. I've not seen them anywhere else, but you can scout around
