I took the AH-1S Cobra machine gun fire effect and added to the Blue thunder CFG to make it a complete police/attack helicopter like the real one in the TV show!

Just need to adjust the distance of the gun flash infront of the gun turret!

That's right  ;D it is not an edited picture. It is an edited cfg file that makes this real in FS9.

copy and enter this line to your blue thunder aircraft cfg file.

Keep in mind that you must download the AH-1S Cobra (right here at SimV, Hover control, or Avsim) as you will need its machine gun fire effects file to make it work!

Please note the info provided is the unedited smoke cfg info. I haven't tinkered with it yet to reposition it for blue thunder. But when I have I will be certain to provide it to everyone right here who ever is interested in arming their bird.

This is the best I could get it! Atleasts the gun flash is in front of the barrel and the shells look like they are dropping out of the casings box.

Looks like I made Blue Thunder fun to fly now! Go blow up some F16's with that gattling gun!

(Remember in all good fun, I thank the creator of this gun effect from the AH-1S cobra because it is his or her work. All I have done is edited it to work with someone elses project to make it more fun to play with)
