In this FSGW version I am using whatever textures came with it and freeware stuff that I found- no payware at all.
The only change is a brown haze sky texture that I found somewhere (I can't remember which site) instead of blue (stock) which you can see in the shots.
The look of it is, for the most part, a question of how you set-up the video card, the config file and the sim.
I use a lot of mip-mapping (imagetool) on texture files. which gives them more clarity and at the same time improves performance (long explanation).
Also time of day, position sight distance etc...................play a big part.
