Off to Hawaii for a little while....

I'm off to Hawaii for a while, just a little holiday away from the cold of Alaska & maybe the chance to do some flying in a more tropical climate.
I'll be flying down in my old Howard 500, but the first hop is just a short flight from Hanks Trading Post to Juneau International, where I shall pick up the Howard from it's hangar there.
Waking early I was greeted by another beautiful Alaskan sunrise, time to say 'catch ya later' to everyone & be on my way:
On my way & another TSC adventure was just beginning:
Heading towards Juneau & the early Alaskan sun was beginning to thaw out my bones already:
I'll have to leave the Maule here whilst 'Howard' is wheeled out of the hangar to make more room:
Ahh, good to see you again Howard!!:
I'd had the 500 resprayed whilst it was mothballed at Juneau - it's quite a special respray for me, but i'll tell you about it once we get in the air:
