Planespotters! 6 Jigsaws, Answers!

Postby Clipper » Mon Oct 24, 2005 7:24 am

Here's a series of 6 jigsaw puzzles. How many planes can you identify. There is only one plane in each pic, some are more difficult to I.D. than others.(One of them is killer hard!) Good luck and let's see what you can do. Bonus points if you can name the livery (where available).

Okay, I'll try.

1. Neuchwanstein Castle (or whatever it is, that white thing,it was in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang I believe), built by Mad King Ludwig in Bavaria.
2. Guy and girl in jeans hugging against the side of a 50's Ford pickup, looks like a black and white photo which has been artificially coloured.
3. Monet's Water Lilies (10 000 pieces).
4. Fanciful airbrush-style picture of dolphins, whales and other denizens of the worlds oceans pictured swimming through an idealised cosmic setting, with ringed planets, supernovas and gas clouds all in close proximity, and behind it a woman's face. And a dove.
5. A world map from the 17th century.
6. A kitten.

I think that's it. How did I do? ;D

Krigl, you've got to win something for effort. Why don't you wait for the lsd to wear off a bit and you can try again?
