Well, here we are, me and Dmitri, sitting in the largest plane I've ever been in, en route to Abakan on our first leg of our flight towards Irkutsk and hopefully, eventually, to freedom! Sitting in this modern airliner,

The scenery is Novosibirsk by Tomachevo Team (I think I spelled it right...) they also did Tomsk from the ID1 story. Just type Novosibirsk or Tomsk into Avsim Library search and you've got it.

The plane is a secret... for now - I found a site with just a few planes, all of which I'm going to use for the next few stories. I wouldn't like them to show up elsewhere before then... ;) It's mine, mine, my preciousssss. Then I'll post the link, of course.

No, only joking, I have a passing interest in modern Russian history though, my favourite book is The Master and Margarita by Bulgakov, I've been to Moscow, studied Russian for about 5 months... nothing deep, I just find Russia interesting...
