I'll try to get some nice Lomac shots too! First have to learn how to play with the Cam position..And how to stay alive long enough....

I went out and bought LOMAC. I love it! I've played PacFighters (another great sim), but this is the best fighter sim I've played since Jane's F-15 (I never tried Falcon 4.0 and never tried Flanker)!

Visual models are nice, but there are some payware FS exterior models that do exceed them; however, the cockpits are gourgeous! Theres nothing in FS that even comes close, with the exception of the RealAir stuff (and I guess the Aero A-10, but that VC has limited functionality).

The flight dynamics are very well done, feels much better than FS, if I can say that.

This is friggin fun! Well, I get shot down a lot, but mid-air refueling and AI wingmen are awesome! Not to mention, the Su-27 and the F-15 are two of my most beloved planes!

And I got this at the bargain bin for $10!!!!! Theres about 1000 things to learn in this sim.

Now I only regret not getting a HOTAS setup.

Yes and No.  In FC, you can go into the file called "MEInit" or something close to that, I can't really remember right now and change the entry "humancockpit=no" to "humancockpit=yes" and you can then fly the F-16, but it has the Su-33 cockpit and different flight dynamics, and it can only do A2A combat and only drop dumb bombs, but that is still cool.  It works for any other airplane in LOMAC:FC from what I've heard, they all just have the Su-33 cockpits and no smart ground weapon capability.  I have the F-16 and F-18 enabled right now and it is still really cool just to be able to drop bombs with them.  

P.S.  I'm not sure about the name of the file though, I'll look into it and if anyone is interested, I can post a more detailed description of how to change it so you can fly anything.
