Hi all,
I decided to do some sort of series of screenshots showing some 'ancient' aircraft, dunno whether its been done before but here goes:-

1. The Curtiss 'Jenny'

I thought I would start out in something default, hope you like!

Image
Getting ready for takeoff.

Image
Liftoff!! Tally-Ho!!

Image
A close up shot, showing the engine (and pilot!!  ;)) clearly.

Image
Very nice aircraft, a lot of work would have gone into making one of these. All of the parts were made by hand, the wooden struts, the cloth sheet, the fuselage, everything!! (or so I'm sure.)

Image
Coming in to land. With no proper 'suspension', this thing would have made landings very bumpy.

Thanks for looking, I would have added more info but I was in a hurry when doing this.
  Cheers  ;D

Nice bit of history Cspyro! Yes it would have been great to read more about such a famous classic, but you made a fine effort anyway. Well done..... :)

Nice work, very pretty plane even if it's default! Yes, a lot of work must have gone into it, and without modern design software it was probably very hit and miss building a new plane back then... years of work and then it maybe it would hardly fly. You've got to admire the early aviators and constructors.
