Testing the MD87
Posted: Thu Sep 22, 2005 9:49 amWell, clipper wanted some comments about the flight dynamics of this MD87 by Eric Cantu. So what could i do more than taking this aircraft out for some more testing 
All started like a normal flight, takeoff from Charles De Gaule in Paris
Climbing, the airport in the background
Now lets get crazy!
Luckily there aren't any passengers on board
I don't think this plane is supposed to do all this
ecaf ruoy ni!
This thing makes nice loops
Again no landing pics
This time the cause is not my lousy flying skills Fs crashed on me 
The flight dynamics are ok, it is smooth and responsive indeed Throttle control is more difficult. Especially at low N1 it respons slowly. (according to the manual : its an old turbine)
