Amsterdam to Tokyo (JAL 747-400)

These are from 2 weeks ago...Just have not had the time to post them.  There is plenty of other shots I plan to post soon...Over the past week I have been to several other locations in Japan.

Stormy evening here at Schipol as we wait for the KLM MD-11 taking off.

Climbing out in the last rays of sun.  10.5 hours till landing.

At last its aprox. 13:30 and we are on aproch to Narita.

Almost down...Arrived about 45 minutes ahead of schedule.

Time to unload....


For some reason I have been obsessed with the 747's lately.  Seems there is so many great angles for nice shots...
