All repairs have been made on time and the aircraft was carefully tested. I'm off to start my fourth leg of the great journey. However, I realized that the sun is already begining to set.

A bit more hazy then what the weather predicted. But it's managable.

Beautiful city. Especially during these hours.

Now it's really getting dark. This is going to be a challenge.

Managed to find Ciudad Del Carmen Int'l airport [still in Mexico] just after my fuel gauge passed the red mark. Airports are sparse around here.

A perfect landing and no problems.

However, just after touchdown, I felt a sudden bump on my front wheel and immediately heard a quick *RhEEAAAHH*. I think I just ran over a cat. ;D

Anywho, I rented a car, found the nearest hotel and I'm heading for dinner.

PS: To answer one person's question - Yes, I am using Real-World Weather from Weather Maker Pro.

I'm glad to see that you decided to use the P-38 to do the Round the World jont.

Are those 150 or 300 gal tanks? Keep us informed will ya.

Those are 300 tanks. I'm taking off in a while to start the fifth leg. Hopefully I would reach the southern border of Mexico before running out of fuel.
