Flew back to Amsterdam on Sunday.

About to roll.  Houston starting the afternoon flights to and from Europe.  A Continental 777 landed over my head as I pulled onto the runway  Wasnt to happy with the ATC

Gear retracting and off we go.  ETA is 08:00.

Looking back over the airport.  Lufthansa is already rolling and will soon cause me some problems.  Its not very nice to have an A340 fly right under you while climbing out.  Then later in the flight we were at the same cruising altitude and same path...Quick decents and sharp turns are not liked by passengers  Wont be to long before we join in the massive trans-atlantic rush.

Running late and inbound for the Polderbaan.

Overshot about 1/2 the runway but still stopped in time.  Made it to the gate 22 minutes late...
 

and they say there's too many cars on the roads nice series triple

That is a Lufthansa A340-300 in the first pic...It followed me over the Atlantic on its way to Frankfurt.  As I was lining up for the runway there was a Continental 777-200 from London that came in for landing right over me.  Didn't get any shots of it though


Continental does not opperate any Airbus aircraft

Yes it is a Posky...Found over at Avsim.  Its for FS2002 just search "KLM 747-400" under the FS2002 catagory...sort them by date and it will be the top one...Its missplaced apparently...Says its in the AFCAD catagory
