also fond of this bird, I seem to remember it getting slammed for poor FD's however I thought they were great... seemed to woble a bit on approach and was really touchy just as it should be  8)

any chance of a shot of the new panel?

From what I hear it's the panel from another well known Hunter package which may have been packaged in this repaint without permission from the author...

The panel in this repaint is indeed the panel from Dave Garwood's Hunter packs, and was added without his permission!  Leaving aside the morality of doing that anyway, it's just plain (plane?) daft putting a single-seater panel into this bird anyway!  The FD on this model isn't bad, and the soundpack is superb, so it's worth getting for those reasons; my advice would be to download this repaint, discard it all except the texture folder, then hunt out original TLUK Hunter pack.

Dave is working on a set of two seaters to complement his current Hunters, but it also involved in a lot of other projects as well so it may be some time before he can release them.

It seems people slam FD's that are hard to fly which is just plain silly.

I don't suppose many of its users have ever read or experienced anything about flying a Hunter... ::)

Actually, there's a chap at another forum who flew hunters (among other things)

Peter McLeland!

He also modified one of the Hunters so it flies right!

His story:

Aye, I know ;D (Charlie being formerly known as Hot_Charlie - you'll find me there too...). But most of the other users wouldn't have done... ;) Anyway, I have no idea about who slammed it when it came out originally as I was rather busy elsewhere I think...

Conveniently Peter M also flew Tridents for BA, whish was very useful for Dave Maltby's last release...

Well worth a look...

Thats the aircraft used by Embraer as a Chase plane to take photos of the Embraer's new projects in flight.
Last shot is awesome :)
