At tge time I was downloading it it was doing a slow but steady 18 kb/s at every three . Of course that was this afternoon before it was Widely known it was out

Grabbed it this morning.  I was the 2nd download. Had been periodically checking all early morning (From about midnight to 6am when it was put up).

And yes, it has a VC, albeit a rudimentary one.

I can't imagine that...   I thought the 15 minute download time was agonizing for me when I got it.
