O.K., this baby is not for the faint of heart. You've got to really know your geography to bring this one down. Here's the scenario. You see eight shots of the same airport taken from a stationary aircraft. The camera pans about 45 degrees after each shot, simulating a panoramic view of the airport. Nonetheless, the airport is not of your well known variety. I have included, as a clue, a cropped, actual photo of same airport. Are you a master? Name the airport and the city it is located in........

Here's the photo...(or at least what little of it I left for you).

There is one more very subtle clue in each of the pics (same clue in each pic).
I'll narrow it down a bit for you, it's not in North or South America.
If you get close, i'll help "guide" you in.

You could have been much farther away with that guess!

Oh yay a prize! ;D

My guess is that the clue has something to do with the tail number of the plane...

No! It's more of an environmental clue! I'd have a good look at your prize as well!  ;)

Well, it's snowing so it's cold there. My guess, Moscow, Russia. Don't know the name of the airport though.

Crash ;)

yeah, it's Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport (UUEE). I noticed all the little Roman Cathedrals in the backround so I knew it was somewhere in Europe...

At first I thought the ID # on the aircraft was a clue but when I looked it up, it was registrated as a French Polynesian aircraft. haha, no where near Moscow  ::)

Image F-ODBU (cn DH-5) Early morning refuelling stop after a memorable 3 and a half hours solo night flight over the Pacific Ocean. Built in 1955, last aircraft owned by belgian singer Jacques Brel before his death in 1978, christened "Jojo" after one of his best friends and title of a song. Bravo Uniform is now preserved in Atuona, Marquesian Islands, near the graves of Jacques Brel and painter Paul Gauguin. Dedicated to those who worked for the preservation of this unforgettable bird.

It could be Sheremetyevo or Domodedevo :)

Domodedovo doesn't have highrise buildings close to the airport.
