Take Mike Stone's rather lackluster Spartan Executive, rip out the cheesy Panel, download a great paint job, and suddenly you have a perfectly servicable plane!

This thing is like flying a civilian fighter plane. It's fast, manueverable, a a total blast to fly... :)
