Hi guy's

Well, the weather had really close in around Hanks this weekend & some of the guys had decided to head south for a spot of fishing.

On arrival they radio'd in to let us know that the weather was much better down there, so I nipped over to BFU, borrowed a bigger plane, & another 5 of us were soon on our way south to 'Foxcamp' for a bit of fishing BFU style.

There's always one (well, 5 actually) that needs to 'spend a penny' before we leave :

As you can see the weather at Hanks wasn't much fun for flying in this weekend:

130nm outbound & the weather is starting to break, revealing that beautiful Alaskan scenery we all love:

Flaps down on our downwind approach for 'Foxcamp' - good to see that the weather report was correct & not just the guys winding us up:

Mmmmmm........... I can smell the freshly caught fish cooking over those campfires from up here:

'Foxcamp' has a water 'runway' & also this makeshift runway perched along the shoreline:

Ok Guy's, let get this bird unloaded & get the party started!! Can anybody say 'Coors'  ;D:

Superb vignette TSC.  :) Makes you want to get out the camping gear and spend a few days with nature. Well done.  :)
