Took my new cessna 152 out over to Woodford from Sheffield.
Now i thought woodford was a small-ish airport!?
And even worse i found a commercial jet here!...
Is this a M$ mistake?
Manchester is pretty near so i cant imagine it been true!

Woodford's a BAE SYSTEMS site, birthplace of the Lancaster, Vulcan and Nimrod amongst others. All the new Nimrods are being converted there too.

Woodvale is a smallish airfield, just north of Liverpool I think, and used by Manchester and Liverpool University Air Sqns...

I just thought it's odd to see a commercial at Woodford when Manchester (EGCC) is VERY near..

So what was wrong with my image?

M$ tends to make many mistakes...Thats why its better to just do away with the default plans and get packages or create your own from real life schedules

They had 747s landing at Fort Wayne  The largest jet Ive EVER seen a picture of there (besides millitary) was a UPS 757...But there is a 12000 foot runway...Hopefully they will get around to the planned expansion and put it to better use

That's just FS for you! I suspect there are very few movements at Woodford anyway...
