North to Alaska...Legs 1 & 2
Getting back to flying in my free time. Could have taken a direct flight once in Atlanta but time isues are forcing me to make a stop in Salt Lake City
Awhile back I flew into Miami from Paris. There were not many choices as to where next so I chose to make my way to Anchorage. Atlanta seemed to be the best bet for flights so I headed off.
Climbing out...So far so good. Fairly clear skys, 214 passengers, and very little turbulence expected.

Decending into Atlanta. We are a little ahead of schedule.

May have been a smooth flight but theres a lovely crosswind about to ruin it. Did make it to the gate 15 minutes early though.

Ended up spending 6 days here in Atlanta. There is a direct flight to Anchorage but had to turn it down and have a stop in Salt Lake City.
Lifting off. Unfortunatly there is a thunderstorm in the area. Rough ride is expected for the next 20 thousand feet.

FL 340 somewhere over Colorado. Things finaly smoothed out after awhile

On a slow decent to SLC. Weather is not as bad as it looks.

Final for 34R.

Slowing down. Arrived right on time which seems to be a rare thing. Hopefully I will be off to Anchorage tomarow.

I did a very dumb thing. I already had 2 jobs at 2 different farms. Things have been very slow and look to be this way for at least a month. A small scale contracter my grandfather knows needed a little help for a couple weeks. At $10 an hour I couldnt turn it down. I have only worked 2 days so far and today I took off for a prior commitment. Now my time is extreemly limited. Yesturday I spent 10 hours up on a roof then off to the farms for evening checks. Pulled a 14 hour day. That is why my flights are shorter for the next couple weeks. Though as of the 16th of August its back to school...Its never ending :-/
